Service during commissioning
Your Sumitomo (SHI) Demag machine will be in your production shop on time at the agreed date. Checked thoroughly and ready for use, including all Sumitomo (SHI) Demag contract services for 12 months, and including training of your staff. You can get going immediately, without fail.

The 24-hour hotline is chargeable. The customer pays an amount of € 90.00 per call for using the 24-hour hotline. The 24-hour hotline is currently only available for Germany and German speaking customers at +49 911 5061 311.
